Founded in 1974 by founding partner Carmelito A. Montano – from the Montano clan of Cavite – as a “one-lawyer-one-staff” office, the firm has evolved into a compact group of legal professionals providing an array of services for its valued clientele.
At present, the firm is composed of two full-time lawyers, two lawyer-consultants, two legal researchers, and two administrative staff. As the need arises, the firm outsources other services to a stable of contacts in the professional field.
While the firm is at the forefront of business and practice, it remains cognizant to the many needs of the marginalized by providing them pro bono (free) yet effective legal assistance.
